DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
The system includes the assemblage of the “CV1” aluminium
vertical section with a pitch depending on the width of the covering
sheet in addition to the horizontal design runouts between sheets
with pitch equal to the height of the sheets plus runout.
"CV1m" vertical section is shaped to house the following
accessories without drilling:
- wall fixing brackets screwed with stainless steel bolts with
pitch as in the design;
- two "CD4c" hooks to support and retain “T1”
section and the related "V7" fixing springs to be
inserted by means of the suitable tool into the suitable groove
of the vertical rod;
- the bearing springs of the insulating panel are release applied,
if necessary.
"T1" vertical section is shaped to house the following
accessories without drilling:
- covering sheets by means of the juxtaposition of the cuts
to the section tooth;
- "T2" upper retaining hooks inserted into the sheet
cuts and release inserted into the section.
The lack of drilling enables to not affect the superficial protection
(oxidization or electrocolour) and to improve the life of sections.
The main characteristic of the "Terra" system is to
mount medium/large size sheets with an anchoring that is fully
invisible from outside. The "Terra" system needs continuous
cuts on both upper and lower sides of each sheet (standard thickness
4 mm with 12mm depth) able to host both the continuous tooth of
the "T1" section and the tooth of "T2" the
hook.
Each sheet is supported in the lower side by the "T1"
section and retained in the upper side by “T2” hook;
the number of "T2" hooks for each sheet depends on the
its size (generally two hooks are used).
The sheet is integrated with the frame by means of interposition
of a neoprene seal with suitable thickness and the application
of silicone points, where necessary.
Once laid, each sheet can be independently assembled and/or disassembled
in respect of all the others.
The frame, which enables each type of adjustment, can contrast wind
action and enables the thermal expansion of the different components.
