ITEM OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
"VENERE" System (visible)
Bearing frame in extruded aluminium section, alloy 6060 T5,
including only a vertical profile positioned on the runout in
line with pitch of the sheet shaped to act as spacer (wall cavity
80 ÷ 130 mm), as anchoring bracket finishing and as support
of external covering, without needing any drilling and avoiding
to affect the protection (oxidization and electocolour) for
a longer life.
A suitable space for ventilation to be protected with mosquito
net must be ensured.
Anchoring brackets will be made in 6060 T5 aluminium alloy,
include slots for adjustments and are compatible with the bearing
frame and fixed by means of AISI 304 stainless steel bolts.
AISI 304 stainless steel bolts must provide a suitable section
including bolt, nut, and large washer and Grover washer.
The external covering bearing systems are made in AISI 304 stainless
steel and equipped with springs and hooks that can be enamelled
with the same colour of covering and release fixed onto the
bearing frame and able to contrast wind and enable the thermal
expansion of the section. |
| |
|
The insulating panel bearing springs
are made in hardened and tempered steel and must be compatible
with the bearing structure and shaped to be jointed without
drilling the frame.
Straight brackets must be mechanical or chemical resin and in
stainless steel. The type of small block (diameter, length,
type) must be established after tearing tests made on the wall
or on the materials that must be covered.
The materials used, as extruded aluminium, wall brackets, stainless
steel hooks and springs to support the insulating panel must
be produced by companies certified ISO 9002. |

SYSTEM COMPONENTS:
"Venere" system consists of the following elements:
- "CV1"extruded section in EN 6060 T5 aluminium
alloy (or similar upon need);
- "V3" and “V4” hooks to support
sheets in EN 1.4310 (AISI 301) stainless steel;
- fixing springs of the hooks to “CV1” type
"V2" section in EN 1.4310 (AISI 301 treated stainless
steel;
- "A12" and “B12” standard support
brackets made in EN 6060 extruded aluminium;
- fixing screws of "CV1" section to the brackets;
stainless steel of Class A2;
- straight bracket to anchor small blocks to the wall support
must be mechanical or chemical resin, depending on needs;
- neoprene band seal to combine sheets in respect of hooks
and section of different thicknesses depending on needs:
- "Lana" hardened and tempered stainless steel
springs for the support of the insulation SHEETS applied
to the walls, if needed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM:
The system includes the assemblage of the"CV1" aluminium
vertical section with a pitch depending on the width of the
covering sheet in addition to the design runout."CV1"
vertical section is shaped to house the following accessories
without drilling:
- wall fixing brackets screwed with stainless steel bolts
with pitch as in the design:
- "V3" and "V4" hooks for the sheet
support and the related "V2" fixing springs to
be applied by means of the suitable tool into the vertical
rod groove, with pitch depending on the height of the covering
sheet in addition to the design runout:
- the bearing springs of the insulating panel are release
applied, if necessary.
The lack of drilling enables to not affect the superficial
protection (oxydization or electrocolour) and to improve the
life of sections.
The main characteristic of the"Venere"system is
that the sheets can be mounted on the front part without any
particular works on the edge and/or on the backside and that
the support hooks are visible from outside. If requested,
hooks can be painted in the same colour of sheets and become
almost invisible also from close.
The sheet is integrated with the frame by means of interposition
of a neoprene seal with suitable thickness and the application
of silicone points, where necessary.
Once laid, each sheet can be independently assembled and/or
disassembled in respect of all the others.
The structure, which enables each type of adjustment, can contrast
wind action and enables the thermal expansion of the different
components. |

VOLUMES:
- The standard structure is 110 mm plus the thickness of
the covering sheets with a standard adjustment of ±
25 mm.
- The covering sheet standard thickness for this type of
system is 6/14 mm.
The diagram of the standard system is shown in the Document
